Lucky Chicken Red Envelope
Design Concept
“Lucky Chicken” is a playful homophone of “good fortune” in Chinese, transforming festive blessings into an interactive red envelope design. Breaking away from the traditional flat envelope format, the structure adopts a three-dimensional paper-folding concept, shaping the envelope into a charming chick-like figure with a lively and playful presence. The design conveys the joyful spirit of welcoming good luck and prosperity in the new year.
Both the wings and beak can be freely opened and adjusted, allowing recipients to create different expressions and poses, enhancing interaction and the sense of festive ceremony. The wings may be folded inward to evoke a warm, protective gesture, or extended outward as if in mid-flight, symbolizing soaring opportunities and the arrival of good fortune in the year ahead.
Craft & Materials
Crafted with 120g fine-textured paper, the envelope presents a refined tactile quality and elegant visual texture. Selective single-color gold hot stamping highlights the brand logo and details, creating a subtle yet radiant shimmer against the red surface—symbolizing celebration, prosperity, and auspicious beginnings. The combination of sculptural folding techniques and hot stamping craftsmanship brings together dimensional form, playful interaction, and collectible value.

Golden Fortune Egg Red Envelope Gift Bag
Design Concept
The egg serves as the central motif of this design, symbolizing new beginnings, hope, and the arrival of good fortune. The exterior features a soft goose-yellow paper with an eggshell-like texture infused with delicate gold shimmer, creating a warm and luminous surface that embodies the idea of a golden egg nurturing blessings.
The eggshell exterior is constructed with triangular geometric facets combined with traditional Chinese patterns, reinterpreting auspicious motifs through contemporary geometric segmentation. This approach brings a sense of festive elegance and visual order. When rotated open, a chick emerges from within the egg, adorned with a Chinese knot headpiece that symbolizes reunion and prosperity during the Lunar New Year. The opening moment becomes an interactive and ceremonial experience, adding surprise and delight to the act of giving.
A writable space is thoughtfully reserved on the back of the chick, allowing personal blessings to be added and shared. Beyond its use during the Lunar New Year, the piece can also function as a versatile greeting card, suitable for celebrating newborns or for occasions such as Easter that symbolize new life, highlighting both its emotional value and multifunctional design.
Craft & Materials
The main structure is crafted from 230g goose-yellow specialty paper embedded with fine gold shimmer, offering a refined eggshell-like texture. The geometric patchwork patterns on the exterior are expressed through single-color hot stamping, with alternating glossy gold and matte gold effects that create subtle visual variations and festive brilliance under changing light.
The overall structure features a rotating eggshell opening mechanism paired with a gold fastening button, creating an interactive opening and closing experience while enhancing its display and collectible value. The sturdy paper stock and meticulous hot-stamping techniques complement one another, delivering a warm, refined tactile and visual quality that elevates the festive gifting experience.

Golden Rooster Brings Auspicious Joy Red Envelope Gift Set
Design Concept
The overall concept centers on new life and renewal, beginning with the imagery of a single egg gradually hatching into a newborn chick. This symbolizes the arrival of a new year and the start of a fresh journey. As the eggshell gently cracks open and a chick emerges, it represents hope, growth, and the promise of new beginnings—conveying blessings of renewal and good fortune for the year ahead.
The main “Fu” (fortune) motif incorporates playful elements such as standing chicken feet and feathers, transforming a traditional auspicious symbol into a narrative-driven visual that adds charm and vitality to the blessing. A specially engineered structure reimagines the traditional red envelope as a hanging Spring Festival decoration. Beyond serving as a monetary gift holder, it becomes a festive ornament for interior display, allowing the blessings of the season to remain present and preserved long after the celebration.
Craft & Materials
The red envelope is crafted from 180g textured paper, enhanced with dual-color hot stamping to emphasize the “Fu” character and overall contours, creating a refined sense of depth and festive elegance. A tubular bead connector paired with a red cotton cord forms a hanging structure, allowing the piece to function both as a red envelope and as a decorative ornament, extending its usability and interactive quality.
The backing card is produced using 270g premium ivory paper, delicately printed to depict the hatching scene and background atmosphere, enriching the storytelling and visual completeness of the design.
